everyday is gonna crash your estrogen fully which leads to problems, i reccomend just taking it once or twice a week (monday or monday thursday). you can do it every day but it comes with the problems fully crashed estrogen does and plus you can have your supply for longer if you dont do it daily. i reccomend 0.5 mg anastrozle.

Don't do it once or twice weekly. Every other day is best. If you want less suppression then lower your dose but if you only dose it once weekly it won't stay low and you'll get more hormone fluctuation
