most weight scales in the market are inaccurate, i aint never had no precise estimate of my body fat percentage. But i estimate its somewhere in the 14% so i still have hella potential .

Weight scales are innaccurate but only by a few percent

But use that measurement and analyze if it increases or decreases during x amount of time, thats really the only way to keep track of your bf unless you get it professionally checked.

Your waist in inches should be 0.45 to 0.47 your height in inches.
