How to calculate calories of frozen fruits

Reason I ask is because fruits weigh more when they’re frozen and so the calories I calculate for a given amount of frozen strawberries for example will be more than If I weighed those same strawberries unfrozen but the fruits come frozen and I wanna eat them frozen.

So how to accurately find the calories of frozen fruits?

dont stress about something so minimal in effect lmao, it doesnt matter in the slightest if you miscalculate the calories of your frozen fruit by like 20kcal
