For the people that want to know their height potential there is a way you can calculate your final height potential determined by your genetics but keep in mind this isn't 100% accurate although it can be very precise :feelsokman:

PARENTS HEIGHT PREDICTION

The way to calculate your height potential which is how doctors try to predict someone's final height is by using this simple formula.

(Mom height+Dad height+13cm)÷2
(with the additional ±8cm)

To avoid confusion i will use myself as an example since i already did this when i was on HGH therapy and the results were very accurate

In cm (155+169+13)÷2=168.5cm
In feet (5'1+5'6.5+5")÷2=5'6".3

This was the predicted final height by my doctors but like already mentioned genetics can't be 100% correctly pointed down so we add ±8cm to the final result

In cm 168.5±8= 160.5cm/176.5cm
In feet 5'6".3±3".1= 5'3".2/5'9".5

After this is done the final height is likely to fall somewhere in this range determined by the genetics which is what happened with me as i stand at 171.5cm or 5'7".5 so my genetic ceiling was above the predicted height by 3cm or 1.2 inches :feelsgood:

KEEP IN MIND THIS DOESN'T HAVE TO BE 100% ACCURATE

There is still possibility that u go under or over these heights as genetics can't be narrowed down perfectly this is simply the closest and most accurate calculation done by the doctors

OTHER FACTORS THAT CAN STILL DETERMINE YOUR FINAL HEIGHT

1. Genes from the outer parts of the family
Besides the parents your height genetics also come from grandparents great grandparents and other close relatives THIS IS WHY YOU CAN BE TALLER BUT ALSO SHORTER THAN BOTH OF YOUR PARENTS
since genes come from other generations too
2. Polygenic genetics
Height comes from hundreds to thousands of genes so different genetic combinations lead to different heights
3. Puberty timing
as we all know puberty heavily influences height so it can go in different ways
Early puberty > earlier closure of growth plates
Late puberty > longer period of growing which usually results in higher person

4. Hormones
hormone factors determine the genetic potential
(as i mentioned mine were garbage due to deficiency so i had to use HGH)
here we have: growth hormone (GH), IGF-1, testosterone/estrogen, hormones of the thyroid gland
5. Bone age and growth plates
the speed of bones aging varies so some people can grow slower but longer while others faster and shorter which changes final height
6.
HEALTH AND EATING DURING CHILDHOOD!
While this doesn't change genetics it effects how close will u reach genetic potential so make sure to have proper nutrition: proteins, calories, vitamins and minerals
7. Random genetic variation
Even with the same parents, brothers and sisters can still have different genetic combinations so thats why they can have different heights
Example i was 147.5cm or 4'10 at 14 while my brother was around 160cm or 5'3 at 14

So all of these factors determine height and your final height potential hence why its not possible to know exact height but its still not impossible to get a rough prediction

TL;DR
height can be roughly calculated with this formula: (mom height+dad height+13cm/5")÷2 and then ±8cm/3". Example from me predicted was 168.5cm/5'6".3 ended 171.5cm/5'7".5 hence why ±8cm/3" beacuse genetics can't be pin pointed down.
There is still a possibility to go over or under this calculation as genetics are unpredictable.
Other factors that determine height besides parents height: genes from other parts of family, polygenic genes, puberty timing, hormones, bones age and growth plates, health and nutrition during childhood and random genetic variation, so this is why its not possible to know exact final height but its still possible to get a prediction.

So yeah fits pretty well when u include all of the other factors

I'm 188 with 184.5 predicted, so I think it would be more accurate if you add +13cm and subtract 5 from the calculated one

yes
not always accurate
just be lucky enough to have good genetic recombination tbh:blackpill::blackpill:

182.775 predicted I am 5'11

DNR Saw the title and already realised how retarded this is. mirin the effort tho

This means absolutely nothing btw genetics are more complex than adding 2 numbers

genetics are way harder to prdict that doing this bs :lul:
