Basically a copy of my issues, and no besides surgery there‘s nothing you can do, if development is done.

Although, it’s funny, that people these days complain about having an above average dick size, even when it is completely unrelated to the original question.

Train your neck, that significantly enhances the jaw area.
Chewing can beneficial, depending on your jaw and particularly ramus structure.
But as someone with severe TMJ and cartilage damage in that region, do yourself a favour and don’t experiment with it, instead investigate the root cause of your TMJ
