basically my situation now narrow jaw have heavy tmj on my left side and have a narrow upper and lower palate so my tongue doesnt fit anywhere not in roof not in bottom of my mouth i have extremely short chin and i have big lips and shit skin i have dark circles and recessed maxilla and sunken eyes with scrleral show i am norwood 2 balding 5 7 skinny wide hips narrow shoulders 6.5 inch dick manlet i wnat to rope is there any hope of improvement
