How to change clinics? (NTmaxxing)

Goal = Changing my clinic to get proper help

1. I wrote my therapist to change the clinic and he wrote okay after fucking 30 minutes even though my important email about my health issues is still being ignored by him, he doesnt want to help me and he wants to get rid of me
2. I wrote my old old psychologist too that I need help i didnt mention that i need help with changing clinics yet
3. My mom is the problem i need to convice her that i need a change, i told her and she is asking why, and she wants to know personal information even though i told her that she doesnt need to know more and that knowing that the therapist doesnt take me serious is enough for her to make me go change the clinic

Is there anything else i can do to put pressure on my mom to make me change clinic?
