So any surgery that creates upward growth of the mandible

Probably high bsso or ccw

doesnt bimac increase lower third foward growth and ccw makes it go more up so better jaw angle which would effect the jaw from front view too prob would make masseters more prominent?

Ideal would be lft 2 or high lefort 1 + high bsso + ccw and genio if you can afford it

If not satisfied after get jaw implants, but custom made
