How to change skin color undertone to pale no cope

In most lightening I look tan. I have Spanish/med pheno primarily.

I need to actually get pale skin no cope, I’ve used azaleic acid, spf50+ sunscreen and vitamin c serum, they didn’t change my undertone

What are my options?
