How to Change the Bone Structure of Your Face
ts will take years btw
You don’t have to accept your current face as permanent. Your bone structure isn't locked in forever. Here’s how to actually change it — no surgery, no cope, just real work.
1. Understand Your Skull Isn’t One Solid Piece
Your skull is made up of 22 bones, held together by something called sutures — connective tissue that acts like glue. Over time, especially after puberty, these sutures harden. That’s why your face “freezes” in a certain shape. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
2. Soften the Sutures
To change your facial bones, you need your sutures to be flexible again. Water alone won’t hydrate them — in fact, too much pure water can make them harder. What you need is raw saturated fat to “lubricate” these joints from the inside.
Start eating more of this:
- Raw milk
- Raw butter, cheese, yogurt
- Egg yolks
- Fatty fruits (avocados, olives)
- Animal fats
This internal lubrication makes your skull more moldable. Bonus: it boosts testosterone and clears your skin.
3. Use Breathing to Loosen Facial Tension
Stress locks up your whole body — including your skull. To counter this, you need to practice slow, controlled breathing that relaxes the nervous system and softens your sutures.
Try this:
- Sit cross-legged, eyes closed
- Breathe in slowly and feel the air move through your nose, throat, chest, and into your diaphragm
- Breathe out slowly, and mentally soften your face
- Do this daily
4. mewing (dnr)
u niggas already know ts js dnr
- Take a small sip of water
- Smile while holding it (this disables your cheek muscles)
- Swallow — this forces your tongue to press up
- Wherever your tongue lands after that swallow — keep it there all day
Don’t push the tongue — suction it. This upward pressure reshapes your midface over time.
5. Posture Dictates Bone Direction
Your facial bones follow your head and neck posture. If your head juts forward, your face will look weaker and recessed. you don’t fix this by forcing “military” posture.
Your posture is a reflection of your emotions and nervous system state. Depressed, anxious people slouch. Confident people naturally stand tall. (innerligth theory)
So if you want good posture (and a better face), you need to get into a calm, parasympathetic state — aka “rest and rebuild” mode.
6. Activate the Parasympathetic System (goatis typa)
Here’s how you flip your body into the state that fixes posture, boosts testosterone, and loosens skull tissue:
- Stimulate your vagus nerve: this is the switch
- Hum, sing, or chant daily
- Do deep breathing (inhale 6s, hold 2s, exhale 6s — 10 minutes daily)
- Chew tough gum (like mastic gum)
This system is also triggered by emotions. Happy, confident, grateful? You’re rebuilding. Angry, bitter, stressed? You’re stuck in “fight or flight.”
7. Relax the Masseter Muscles
Your masseters (jaw muscles) are the strongest in your body — they can pull your upper and lower jaw down and back, destroying your facial symmetry. If they’re too tight, they literally deform your bone structure.
Fix it like this:
- Warm compress on both sides of your face (15 minutes)
- Massage with a tennis ball or your hands
- Do it every day
As soon as you release this tension, your face starts to look more symmetrical and lifted — sometimes within hours.
This isn’t some overnight fix. It’s a daily system. But if you do these things — eat raw fats, mew correctly, fix your posture, breathe slow, relax your jaw, and stimulate the vagus nerve — your face will change.
You’ll start to notice a difference in months.
