How to change your sleep rhythm?

I always wake up at 3-4 PM. Lol

I wanna wake up earlier though like 8AM or something like that so I can go tan naked at some beach when normies are at work.

Yeah, but how if I‘m not tired? Let‘s say I‘m awake for 16 hours how can I fall asleep earlier? It‘s just not possible for me.

You‘re the retard. I‘m just gonna lay in bed without being able to fall asleep if I just woke up like 6-10 hours ago and don‘t feel exhausted in the slightest.

If you try you can fall asleep at anytime, if you can't do it just stay up the whole night and survive until you can sleep at 10

I tried the latter and I just fall asleep at 9-10 AM instead of the usual 5-6AM

You could try going to sleep and hour earlier every few days to slowly fix your schedule
