expensive weighing scale. and still, those aren't 100% accurate. some gyms have bodyfat scales. you'll need to call around.
 
Estimating by putting measurements into a calculator won’t work well people have quite different body compositions.

2 ways you can do it but they are not super accurate,though they might get the job done

First way is to get calipers and measure different parts of body and calculate based on that.Look up athleanx caliper video on youtube to see how you should exactly calculate it






Second one is to search all over internet for body pics of people who had their bodyfat measured with scans and compare them to yourself with stats (height,width etc) adjusted.After many many pics you should get a general idea

But of course most logical thing is to get an actual scan done for best guidance,results.Hard to find a substitute for this if you are in need of accurate stats

No I used the male scale, the female scale provided a more accurate one for me

14% for the female scale (measured at 13% when I was made to use callipers)

2% on the male scale

27 inch waist and 15 inch neck. Hips was at 36 :lul:

Indeed, you might as well rope not being sub 12% body fat you fat fuck. To be fair my face was still lean when I was 17% body fat so yet again genetics

Yea, I'm pretty sure I'll end up having to do this since I often eat out of boredom lmao.

Unless I can stop doing that.
