Middle facial third is 5.7-5.8 inches across
Lower third is 5.4-5.5

I'm not sure, I am on a mac so all I have to do is download the photo and then I'm able to do this, here's an example of a bigonial width measurement.

992 pixels divided by 1150 pixels = 0.862 = 86.2%

retard way (that i do):
get paint.net from getpaint.net
select area you wanna measure then copy it to clipboard
click the new file button and the pixel count should show as the ones from the image you have in clipboard

Thats not bad at all. What I said earlier was a bit too harsh. 87-92 is prob a better range for ideal. 85-86 doesn't look narrow it's just not ideal. You might just need bigger masseters to achieve that yeah.
