nose doesnt matter as much for black people, but if you're white and its that bad i suggest looking up methods to "un-widen" nose or just do rhinoplasty when you have enough money its 5000$

hmm im not sure then also nose width isnt that bad if you have good enough harmony, my friend has a hugely widened nose but still has girls after him. so just focus on what you can fix for now.
