How to chew properly using Chisell

Hi guys!
How should you chew properly in order to develop the lower masseter?
1) on molars or pre-molars?
2) how should you position your chin? Tucked-in/neutral/raised chin?

I tried for myself but i am not sure how to do it.
If i had to guess based on what i have seen so far in my 1 month of using chisell i would say that molars with a raised chin is optimal.
What do you think?

What is "the lower masseter"? The masseter can't be dived into various parts, like for example your chest, no?

1) on molars or pre-molars?
2) how should you position your chin? Tucked-in/neutral/raised chin?

How would any of this matter?
