He was also clinically recessed and prolonged his life span alsoYeah. I think bimax could make me look younger. Gaia262 went looking over 30 to early 20s.

Not clinically though. He was also clinically recessed and prolonged his life span also

Yeah, he was just "aesthetically" recessed. If he were "medically" recessed, he would have done the Bimax Free of charge on NHS in Britain, instead of working twice to save the money and going hell knows where to Ramieri. Not clinically though.
Yeah, it is ALWAYS worth it.Is it worth getting surgeries as an oldcel?
IDK why he did that. Just drives up prices for all of us.Yeah, he was just "aesthetically" recessed. If he were "medically" recessed, he would have done the Bimax Free of charge on NHS in Britain, instead of working twice to save the money and going hell knows where to Ramieri.
Don't forget, it was Gaia who actually popularized Ramieri. before that, Ramieri had been obscure at best. The surgeon must be forever grateful to Gaia for driving him into the world limelight
Yeah, and this is continuing. I won't be surprised if he charges already 15k in half a year.IDK why he did that. Just drives up prices for all of us.
Why don't fillers work for thick skin? If filler does not give you angularity, implants won't eitherYeah, and this is continuing. I won't be surprised if he charges already 15k in half a year.
He said he had SO MANY people waiting in the queue, like 4 months for HIM, and like Marionetti is booked for TWO YEARS lol
2 years is actually enough time to learn Korean B2.1, and literally do all the stuff for 10k in Seoul
He actually quoted me 12k for his cheekbone implants.
The sum is not the problem but hard to justify, given that less-known surgeons do BIMAX for that price. However, the trick is: Pagnoni and Eppley are also well-known but do saddles and their designs cover the orbital rim FULLY. They cost 14k for Eppley, and 13.5k Pagnoni (based on @herring thread). Difference: 2k most.
Now, to justify the prices, DO I THINK NOW that Ramieri is more skilled than Pagnoni or Eppley? Why would i go to HIM instead of e.g. Pagnoni, or even going for filler again? After all, the only 2 drawbacks of filler: it is EXPENSIVE and it doesnt work as well in thick skin (unlike angular implants)
You can make literally this with implant:Why don't fillers work for thick skin? If filler does not give you angularity, implants won't either
I see results like this all the time with fillers though:You can make literally this with implant:

Note the sharp edges of the implant in the jaw/cheek. THIS is the only thing that will theoretically poke through the thick skin, creating angular shape.
Fillers are done as overlay on the existing bone. They can "somewhat" create shape, but it will not be sharp. So, if you want this type of implant-design:

Then filler can IDEALLY recreate this thing. In people with THIN skin, fillers can create even MORE sharper effects.
Photos taken immediately after the injection (you can spot redness and swelling in his cheeks where he was injected). It is like that for a few days. Then the results ameliorate.
How much does yaremchuck charge for revisions?I had malar, jaw, and paranasals with Dr. yaremchuk.
If you have thick skin, absolutely go sharper on the jaw contour. My jaw designs was very sharp and has little curve in it and turned out very angular and 0 bloat. Dr. Y is revising some asymmetries but it has EXCELLENT definition.
For the malars I went for a Toni Mahfud/Jeremy Meeks style implant. Not exactly high-cheekbone, but prominent. The style cheekbone you see if you Google 'male model cheekbones' essentially. I had ~5.3mm anterior projection which is slightly too much, Dr. Y is trimming/revising
For paranasals, beware silicone ones. One side of my paranasals shifted up the side of my nose. If you workout and have pressure on your body like that they can shift. They actually make your lower face (sides of nose) fuller which doesn't really look that great. They do help with nasalobial folds, but I think there are better ways to resolve those.
It really depends on what harmonizes with your face, keeping in mind how other implants will change it too. For example my level of projection cheekbones would not fit on most guys faces, but my skull is bigger than most so it's different
Ramieri charges HALF THE SUM even if the problem was ON HIS SIDEHow much does yaremchuck charge for revisions?
wow, i thought this kinda outcome is natural in cheekbone augmentation.
At least @Gaia262 has the same (on the right):

I think if i go with smaller implants than @Win200, then the eye-hollow will not be as prominent. I actually see the guys who have exactly the same eye-cheekbone structure as the users above. So it is in no way unnatural. but as if it is the best, im not sure.
However, Ramieri does not do saddles, right? at least someone mentioned on this forum.
PS. Also IMO the result of the guy whose design i posted

looks great actually:

So as you can see, his cheekbones are actually poking through skin quite well, and also the orbital rim becomes quite defined. So, the implant design gave him the christian-bale-like cheekbones.
You pay for it from your own pocket: insufficient result is not the problem caused by the surgery, and as such not covered.

Also, what did you do to Gaia
YOu turned him into Adonis, as Hamza would say
Is it I who is dumb, or how do you produce these in FaceApp? Is it the mobile version?White orbitals and curry cheek bones turns any 1 into adonis

I remember there were only some filters like "cheekbones" but this shit did not give such high quality morphs as above ^

He is never gonna look like that. STOP with these unrealistic morphs.

But it does prove a point. OP needs denser eyebrows and tigther lower lids. And a better hairstyle.
You turned me into a Chad Jesus

If only fillers could get you the bones on the right. You turned me into a Chad Jesus
Cause you are changing lots of things.I wish surgeons could replicate this shit fucking hell ive never seen 1 surgery result as good as the shit i post.
What is it exactly that fucks it

Not all faceapp filters are COMPLETELY unrealistic though. Like look at this result:I wish surgeons could replicate this shit fucking hell ive never seen 1 surgery result as good as the shit i post.

Man. You have spent so much time on here but you still lack a nuanced understanding of all of this.Yeah but i would expect a result some what similar even if it isnt 100 percent so i would expect similar results
Also, it is LITERS of filler. I think actually it is impossible to inflate cheeks like this with fillers. Must be some limit. Otherwise everyone would be doing it instead of implants. There is a reason why people like Ember Heard went for implants instead of fillers to create her new huge cheekbones. If only fillers could get you the bones on the right.
I wear long hair. Had to shave for a hairline lowering transplant. And a better hairstyle.
Nah this one i don't like tbh.. i like my oval-shaped faceView attachment 1919158
Morph looks a bit bogged. But this is somewhat realistic. Still a bit optimistic though.
I could change your nose and other things as well.Nah this one i don't like tbh.. i like my oval-shaped face
I think the Jesus-morph does a lot of midface work so looks great. The jaw is secondary, and would look good even without so much width
Why not!I could change your nose and other things as well.
One thing that i was thinkinig actually: this stuff can easily be created with 3-4ml of filler on the jaw angles for me. Might as well do a trial. But just saving money for other things atm. Fillers has to be run all the time, and costs so f*** muchView attachment 1919158

Are these photobooth pics?Why not!
It depends on your anatomy though. I know users here who don't need that much to maintain their look. One thing that i was thinkinig actually: this stuff can easily be created with 3-4ml of filler on the jaw angles for me. No, professional studio camera. Specifically did for plastic surgery. Are these photobooth pics?
But on the other hand, this is the average jaw implant result:One thing that i was thinkinig actually: this stuff can easily be created with 3-4ml of filler on the jaw angles for me. They don't need to extend their angles that much though. The jaws that you made, and Jesus's, are very very wide. It will require a ton of product. It depends on your anatomy though. I know users here who don't need that much to maintain their look.
Yeah and THIS IS SCARY AS FUCK.
Better morph them using VPSS.@Pakicel @reptiles guys, so, which tools in FaceApp do you use? i c there only filters. But how does one change a specific features like cheekbones? or undereye?

E.g. The Jesus has his face more convex: if you look how the cheekbone runs - it creates the OG-curve even from the front, and the space near the nose does not seem "set behind" like my real face... I actually was thinking of paranasal implants for this reason. But honestly i have no idea tbh... this shit is so complicated...
You mean the "sizes: cheekbones"? I once tried "pro" but couldnt figure how to create sth like you did Gaia into GigaChadYou have to buy it 5 pounds for me on the app
I could never guess... i first thought it widened the jaw. Yeah, eyes are impossible to fix, and not worth for like 2mm. But cheekbones _ more projected midface tbh make all the difference as i suspectedYour jaw wasn't touched motion to motion your eyes became more compact and your cheek bones became massively high set
