I know many people who pussy out when i mention oral accutane and can't get a prescription for tertinoin (mostly ages 13-16).

Diet:
Obvs diet is important here, I recommend a farmer/communitarian based foods over store bought slop. (Goose Eggs & Raw Kefir Optimally)

Product:
If you can't get accutane (oral or topical) the next best thing you can get without a prescription is Adapalene as its an ez over the counter gel. Personally ive used both terinoin and adapalene and ada left my skin barrier less damaged and there was almost no difference in quality.

Adapalene Use:
2x a day. Annihilated my acne in 4 weeks~.

yeah its alright, but id recommend acnatac its very effective since it has both 0.025 tret and clindamycid (antibiotic) it can save you super fast and its very easy to get prescribed its used even in mild acne. (dont be a bitch if u have bad bad acne get on fucking accutane)

note that this can only be used for 3 months or so, then rest and u can use it again after some months (you dont want antibiotic resistance)

dude the photo i sent was within 2 weeks, i estimated 4 weeks as the avrg

even less realisitic, simply due to the skin life cycle you can't bypass that with adapelene

dude i showed proof that was my xp, and if u look at the photo my acne was not super severe
