How to colour eye brows darker?

I tried to colour my eyebrows darker tonight and it did not work, i used black bearpaint for about 5mins (results are below). What else can i use to darken my eyebrows or could minoxidile help? Is there also any way to grow out eye lashes ?

Minoxidil would help for eyelashes. Also for darker brows you can either dye them or use a brow pen everyday
