So recently I've been taking modafinil, caffeine more than I usually do and semax to help with studying for upcoming tests. But when I take all these towards the end of the day I have really bad anxiety, does anyone what to take to help combat this?

try not to overstimulate yourself. throughout the year i study everyday little chunks of material for about 1-3 hours a day and before exams i just repeat material instead of learning it. discipline builds confidence and makes life easier. so far i've passed all my preclinical exams first term

yeah I've had enough of cramming it's way too stressful I'm going to start getting on top of stuff like this

This is very stupid, are you taking tr that increases anxiety in the hopes of overcoming it?

Our nervous system has agonist and antagonist receptors. To overcome anxiety, we need to increase the antagonists, namely serotonin and GABA, or decrease dopamine and norepinephrine.

in any case, you need to see a psychiatrist

There are different types of beta blockers, some that reduce the activity of the sympathetic nervous system and some that act more globally as sedatives. Melatonin has an activating effect on serotonin, like tianeptine, which can also be useful for its properties of helping you remember in addition to reducing anxiety.

so basically you are taking 2 stimulants at the same time and in higher doses + a peptide that has anxiety as a side effect and you somehow expect no anxiety afterall, what an iqlet. whatever take pregabalin to mitigate it or some other depressant. but if you dont understand such dumb concept as uppers and downers kinda tuff ur drugs will compensate the iq you are missing jfl

Pregab doesnt do shit for me unfortunately, plus that would make me dumb as fuck to focus on anything. I never said I never expected anxiety from all this? Was just asking a good think to take which would help reduce it. Seems like beta blockers are my best bet
