I made this list for myself just to have everything in one place, but i figured id share it here to see any suggestions to add, anything i missed, or just overall thoughts. I only really cover the large side effects, I don’t go into sleep and brain function because I did not feel like typing anymore :ROFLMAO:.

How To Manage Each Type Of Side Effect On Cycle

This is not a suggestion to take everything listed here. This is just a list of most methods to combat certain sides.

High Blood Pressure/RBC Count
  • DRINK WATER!!!!!!!
  • Cialis: You’ll want to be taking something like Cialis at 5-10 mg/day. This will provide a baseline blood pressure benefit by relaxing vascular smooth muscle which improves blood flow and provides a drop in blood pressure.
  • Blood Donation: This is the fastest way to dump red blood cells and lower hematocrit.
  • Omega 3 Fish Oil: Omega-3 fatty acids decrease platelet aggregation. This means it makes platelets less “sticky” and improves fluid dynamics without altering RBC count.
  • Cardio: 30-45 mins of zone 2 cardio 3-5 times a week lowers resting heart rate, improves arterial flexibility, and directly reduces blood pressure.
  • Track Blood Pressure: With an at home monitor test your blood pressure and shoot for 120/80 mmHg

Insulin Resistance
  • Pin Fasted: If you time your pins around fasting windows without carbs it minimizes the interference with acute insulin signaling.
  • Reta: Retatrutides glucagon component burns fat off of your liver which improves insulin signaling which also lowers baseline fasting blood glucose.
  • Berberine: activates the AMPK pathway to enhance cellular glucose uptake.
  • Walking/Squatting After Meals: Just walking around or doing 10-20 bodyweight squats can help your muscles soak up the sugar from meals without needing extra insulin to do the work
  • Carbohydrate Backloading: Shift your carb heavy meals to after a workout because that is when your muscle cells are the most insulin sensitive.
  • Zone 2 Cardio
  • Track Fasted Glucose: Get a glucometer and shoot for 90 mg/dL

Estrogen
  • Aromatase Inhibitors: Block or destroy the aromatase enzyme which converts free testosterone into Estradiol. Most commonly used inhibitors are Aromasin and Arimidex. Aromasin is much stronger as it is a “suicide inhibitor” which permanently deactivates the aromatase enzyme it binds to.
  • Increased Injection Frequency: By doing this you limit peaks and valleys. This is when Testosterone peaks rapidly and a sudden flood of androgen signals come through and result in an estrogen spike. By splitting injections up more it limits this flood of testosterone and estrogen all at once.
  • EQ: EQ or Equipoise competes directly with testosterone for the aromatase enzyme. In turn lowering your e2 levels.
  • Don’t Be a Fatass: The aromatase enzyme concentrates itself in fat tissue. The higher your bodyfat % when running a cycle, the higher your baseline conversion rate of testosterone into estrogen will be.

Liver Strain
  • Injectable Glutathionine: Master antioxidant, amazing at lowering oxidative stress in the body, especially within the liver
  • NAC/TUDCA: Both orals that you can take that will help lower liver strain
  • Monitor ALT/AST, GGT, and Bilirubin On Blood Work

Hair Loss/Acne
  • Oral Minoxidil: Increases blood flow, oxygen, and nutrient delivery to hair follicles which lengthens the growth phase.
  • DHT Inhibitors: Finasteride and Dutasteride block the conversion of testosterone into DHT. Dutasteride is stronger than finasteride.
  • Isotretinoin: Shrinks oil glands so it makes it almost impossible to get acne. Take with high fat meals and use sun protection while on it. You will need to be on top of moisturizing and lip care as it will dry you out.
  • Skincare Routine: Cleanser > Azelaic Acid > Toner > Topical Creams > Moisturizer > SPF
  • Other Compounds: You can also take compounds like GHK-CU or KPV. I personally take KLOW because why not.

Lipids
  • Citrus Bergamot: Improves HDL/LDL ratios
  • Psyllium Husk: Binds to bile acids to clear LDL
  • Retatrutide: Improves HDL/LDL ratios
