how to combat orbital fat atrophy when using bimatoprost

heard everywhere that bimatoprost nukes the fat in the orbital area when used
already have dark under eyes and uue so this is can be lethal
how can i prevent this or lighten the impact this
currently taking retinol for my under eyes but dunno if it will be any help, heard vaseline will help?
