How to combat retardation caused by pregab?

I'm currently on 600mg pregabalin daily. It's helped me very much socially and I don't plan on stopping it. But whenever I use it, I feel as if I turn a bit retarded for lack of a better term.

Sometimes it can be difficult to talk, and my motor functions are fucked. Picking up/placing things without spilling them is genuinely difficult sometimes. I make so many mental errors, and I feel as if it fogs my brain pretty badly, I get very doozy. Is this just the reality of using it, or is my stack just poorly optimized?

Please let me know what you guys believe in shoule be doing to help this.

Full stack is
600mg pregab daily
250mg armodafinil
100-200mg modafinil
2mg reta

Your dose is high but anyway it’s a common side so not surprising. Maybe you could try some adhd med for better focus and be a bit smarter?
