I ate out yesterday really just enjoying life became a matcha nigga I didn’t know what was in that shit all I know is I added vanilla syrup, (already cooked). I have been on no sugar and carb diet for a week and a half and yesterday was the first time I had sugar and carbs I think. Anyway I ate out with my friends and ordered a miso salmon which came with coconut rice and Japanese style dressing… so fucking good. I saw salmon and was like yes good for protein atleast but I’m pretty sure miso salmon is made with a shit ton of brown sugar because of the sauce on top and then I ate half of the small portion of coconut rice just to have a taste, that shi slapped. But now I’m conscious my consumption of carbs and sugar was very high. I got a lot of steps in and drank a lot of water that day too to cancel out all the shit so it was actually the leanest I looked body wise too, my face was probably more bloated though. So just wondering if it’s okay to eat like this every other week and what to do to make sure I don’t become bloated / eat too much and what foods to eat when out especially dining. AND IS MATCHA HEALTHY BECAUSE ITS GOOD AF? I think I had almond milk which is lower cals but I’m tryna eat as clean as possible so??
