how to completely clear skin?

I don’t have acne but I definitely have a few small pimples pretty much all the time and black heads / white heads. The overall texture is just not as good as it could be. What do I use? Been using .5% retinol for 3 weeks but hasn’t done much

Also my skin is very tough. For example I started the .5% retinol every day immediately and it did nothing

try to experiment with your skincare, try using moisturiser for a week, try not using moisturiser for a week, dont use exfoliator, use exfoliator. my skin was like that cuz i used to use moisturiser daily but my skin didn't need it and now my skins cleared up

the side effects are legit nothing been on it for nearly 5 months rn at 60mg ed and it’s been only dry lips and skin, no research has shown it causing mental illness and the risk of ur liver getting fucked is very very low so just hurry up and hop on
