Hood doctor. I have been to one before. My family is poor and my mom couldn't afford dental care, so she went to one without license. The uncertified dentist end up doing a terrible job.

In my case if I truly needed to make sure this is not related to me in any way I would consider a fake passport with my pic but someone else's details. It can be your oldcel uncle or whatever. None will tell cuz it's just a surgery they won't investigate further.
