I had acne for 2 and a half years, and when everyone else started talking to women, I didn’t because of my complexes. Now my acne scars aren’t that bad, and I want to start talking to women. What should I do to build high confidence?

Buddy “confidence” gets developed in formative years through positive reinforcement, also what the fuck would sarms or peptides have to do with anything

the only way to even get confidence at this stage is going through experiences that will continuously affirm it. Also it might be blue pill cope but reading and becoming smarter in general, getting different worldviews and perspectives, that helps.
