Yes, worst case scenario i heard that the tunnel of light in which you go to reincarnate may suck you in regardless, but i doubt they can do that. Just imagine how much effort they have to put in all of this, all the manipulation , all the lying just to get us to come back. They're weaker than us but they weakened and limited us , so for now we can't do shit until we die, leave then maybe we'll see from there

Lucid dream basically means you're aware you're dreaming, not really taking control and doing whatever you want, that takes practice, you probably had more lucid dreams but you got the definition wrong, if you dream and realise that this isn't real life then yea you're lucid dreaming. If you dream a little then don't remember or you thought it was real for a second then that wasn't lucid. There are many guides and simple on how to lucid dream, go take a look since it doesn't take much effort, just a lot of willpower to practice consistently

Sinning is controversial tbh, everyone has different views

example: suicide, some argue its a cheat code and will make you exit faster without that much trauma compared to a sudden death like an accident for example , while others say its the opposite and you will not get a chance to choose to reincarnate or not

Then again, farmers need to keep their livestock alive no? So what good use if they die when they want? Thats how it is with us, i'm not sure on suicide as long as you're right in the head and not depressed
