How to control eye colour?

I know eye colour can be changed as for me some days I eyes will look 80% green with a little brown in the middle but for example today they look very hazel/yellow. But I wanna know like how do I control them to make sure they are the colour I want on the days I want.

you cant control it you arent in a cartoon, it looks more brown or more hazel because of lighting in room/sunlight

Nah now I just realised it's cause of the clothes I was wearing. I was wearing a dark green shirt and it looked kinda yellow now I am wearing blue and white shirt and my eyes look way more green now
