I wake up planning to eat healthy and stay disciplined
Then I get to school and EVERY PASSING MINUTE someone’s eating some form of goyslop in front of me. I'm getting edged all day
By the time I get home the craving has built up so much that I cuck myself, ditch my plan, and eat the shit I avoided all day
Can't throw out the slop either because my parents constantly buy it. Let's say it's not in the house I would go out of my way to buy some, that's the intensity of my cravings
How do you stay consistent in that environment without eventually giving in
