how to convince my becky roommate to move with me to a different place

So I became a friend with a good-looking Becky roommate, the connection happened so fast, now she comes to my room every time she gets off work. we talk for a long time until the other roommate (the tranny) gets mad because we're laughing and making noise. even tho I say weird awkward shit she doesn't cringe at me. maybe she's just trying to be my friend because I scare her lol
But now I found a better place, and I'm planning to move by the end of this month. How can I convince her to come with me? cuz there's another room available where I'm going.
