my front teeth go over my bottom teeth and when I put my front teeth on my bottom teeth there is a huge gap on both sides of my teeth. also what procedure should I get

Solution

cry

beg

occasionally beg

larp pain

go by yourself to the ortho to tell him

Then your ortho will tell your parents is necessary because he wants $$$

but btw you need bsso to move the mandible forward if i got what you're talking about correctly. I don't know other ways to move the bottom teeth forward unless he tries to extract top teeth, which is so BAD to do will be detrimantal @fuckimuglyshjt

it wont change much, even not any at all. BSSO has a cut split in the middle of the mandible so its advancement starts halfway in the middle of the mandible then screws to hold; it wont change who told u thaty

His response was weak nigggggaAAAAAAAA

Don't get distractions, though; dont let them recommend it. Even be fucking serious if they mention it; say, "FUCK NO."
The answer wasn't weak; it was simple and straightforward. It did exactly what an answer is supposed to do: address the question clearly without adding unnecessary filler or overcomplicating the point. There's a difference between being concise and being weak, and people often confuse the two. A response doesn't become stronger just because it's longer or uses more complicated wording. If the main idea is communicated accurately and effectively, then the answer has already accomplished its purpose. Not every situation calls for an essay, and adding extra sentences that don't contribute anything meaningful only makes the response less efficient. A straightforward answer shows confidence because it focuses on what's relevant instead of trying to impress people with excessive detail. If someone wanted a more in-depth explanation, they could have asked for one, but criticizing an answer simply because it wasn't lengthy ignores whether it actually answered the question. The quality of a response should be judged by its clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness, not by its word count. In this case, the answer was direct, easy to understand, and got the point across without wasting time, which makes it practical rather than weak. Being able to explain something simply is often a sign of understanding, because it means the idea can be communicated without relying on unnecessary complexity. Calling that "weak" overlooks the fact that effective communication is about making your point clearly, not seeing who can write the longest response.

matters where the cut is

and what skeletal class you are

DYOR, but think about it: if the cut is in the midpoint, all you have to do is advance the outer portion, not the whole mandible.

It will mess with your gonial angle if you touch the condyle, though. which usually isn't recommended and not needed to be touched at all in general because it can cause future tmj

what your telling me, I can bring my jaw forward and there is a chance it can be covered with insurance? No gonial angle etc hell yes

Yes, but I don't know how severe your case is. Ortho never basically recommends DJS to bring the lower jaw forward; they all just extract and then make your smile nice. This is called camouflage orthotics. they never fixed the underlying issue; they just improvised and compensated by making your upper jaw (maxilla) recessed - to match the mandible
