so what ethnicity are you? Personally I'm Mexican so my height isn't even considered that much in public but yea with other ethnicities it is visible

I’m arabic but being “less noticeable” in some groups doesn’t change baseline social limits

So I just turned 18 and I really don’t know if my growth plates have closed but i’m pretty sure they did because i haven’t grown an inch since 16-17 im 161cm 5’3ish i’ve been gym coping, tried accepting it or lying to myself that i have a smaller frame and it’s easier to build muscles and faster compared to tall people so that i can ease the pain of being short ive been into looksmaxing since 2022 when i was 14 and tried every possible way to maximize my height by sleeping well, eating good and shi like that im not looking for any validation or anything js seeing if some of u mfs relate or know something on how to cope cuz ive got nothing rn

Focus on earning money and do LL to reach closer to average height

If you were in the West, then yeah I admit it’s brutal to be 2SD shorter but I assume you’re not, so it shouldn’t be that much of a deal in your country

I’m so sorry. Hope your current relationship lasts as you’ve heard from others-, only cope at 5’3 is migrate to some third world country and spend the rest of your life there.
