Currently awaiting consultation and potential trimax surgery thereafter.

I expect to undergo decompensation prior to surgery and the thought of braces, even for an year, makes me sick. Will be up to year of looking horrible and rotting away. I will most likely have the option to get it done public for free or pay for everything privately to maybe get invasalign and better surgery result (around 40k I imagine).

How did/would you cope with braces prior to surgery? And should I throw 40k to go private?

im gonna have to get braces for 2 years, but no decompensation so that makes it a bit better. I just try to think about it positively, either I do this and ascend in 2 years or I don't ascend at all.

if you can get it done for free that's a big plus but make sure to do your research and understand the movements and what you need done so that you can make a good decision about what you wanna do.

It's not bad if you are prettyboymaxxing tbh. And pretty sure sometimes it takes only about 6 months

Also, 1 year of mild discomfort is nothing compared to 60 years you'll have with your new jaw lol
