Indeed, but that doesn't mean quantum fluctuations aren't happening. A big bang can always occur, even right now, but especially in a state of maximum entropy.

Given our current cosmological models and theories, there's no reason to think there would be another bang in our universe. In fact, the expansion of the universe is accelerating. So, unless there's a fundamental change in the behavior of dark energy, there's no way for another bang to ever ever happen
Yeah it's all conjecture at the end of the day. We're way too early in the the history and future of humanity to have a clear picture of the universe right now. We're just scratching the surface and people 100,000 years from now will probably nullify all we know about the universe today.
