How to cope with having no friends?

While on this self improvement journey I’ve lost more and more friends through the years, I have maybe 3 people I can call “friends” I say friends like that because I honestly don’t even like these people anymore but I’ve known them for a long time so I keep them around.

I realize just how many friends people have, like they have a different whole group of friends for each day of the week.

I don’t have a girlfriend either, so I’m really just a friendless, girlfriendless, incel.

How do you guys cope with this?

Yeah these friends I have aren’t even loyal nor do they have any sympathy towards me when I’m in times of need. I’ve been wanting to cut them off and just do nothing but make money, work out, and start working on surgeries I need but a life without friends sounds very lonely

I'd say if you're over 16, it's hard to make these type of friends

making friends that you can hang out with and chill with is easy, but you need a place where you can find them
1 thing: you won't find them at home
probably at school, at work, or at the gym
so go to either of those places and start talking with people

yea that's the only thing I can think of, the more people you talk to the more likely you are to make friends, pretty simple (in theory)
