How to Cope with IPD + Tips?

I’ve been working on looksmaxing for some time now and I used to be a brutal LTN, as I’m slowly making my up I can never find how to mask/cope with IPD. People bring it up when I say something but it’s hard I feel like it’s my biggest flaw by a landslide.
