Find a foid, that is interested in u and that u fw, but don't have the balls to talk to her about it. Better not be ur oneitis, medium emotional investment, high physical attraction. U need to see her regularly.
Now u can set goals and achieve them by trying to impress her in your head as if what u're doing is for her. It's never actually that deep, you need to keep her on the verge of falling in love with you and loosing interest. And for ur self u need to stay interested, fantasize about her and you together, but at the same time don't make her your unreachable oneitis.
