how to cope with losses

I have been very profitable over 1000 futures trades spanning 4 months by just entering shorts on days where btc and everything starts nuking at US open for fuck all and by trading ranges, basically I just trade obvious moments in crypto, only thing I need is a higher bankroll, is this sustainable long term or am I just a delusional cuck who has gotten lucky
