How to cope with lowset cheekbone?

I've been leanest on my life at around 58kg, and been chewing gum for hours a day, until I realize I have lowset cheekbone my massester is bigger than my cheekbone due to my chewing habits, it's doesn't give me a hollow cheek looks instead it look make me fuller, should I de-active my massester muscle? Or how do I cope with it?

forget hollow cheeks just focus on shape, if your masseter makes you look bloated then atrophy it and just chew softly

zygo pulling from inside the cheek worked for me, i started reviv, zygo tape, and sleeping on the floor around the same time though so that might have contributed
