how to cope with not knowing how to communicate with people

how do i cope with the fact thag I'm genuinely unable to communicate with people my own age & pick up on their social cues? i did online school starting at age 14 & stopped hanging out with people since then, so i was never able to learn how older teens & young adults actually communicate. i'm stuck with middle school tier knowledge on socialization. how to deal with this life ruining realization?

Same thing here bud. I know exactly how you feel.

You can be high IQ but if you don't get the brain development (social part) no type of IQ is gonna save you.
("Just pray to god and hope for the best" theory).
There is almost no way out of this.

The three years brain development ain't gonna come outa nowhere. What you do to cope with that is ascend to chad.

I am high htn-cl rn but don't have high appeal so what I am doing is I am going to looksmax my way to chad, no matter how long it takes. Its the only way you can cope with ts. God bless you
