How to cope

How do you guys cope with the overwhelming feeling of life?
The desire to obtain certain stuff, a sports car, a mansion or a yacht? a loving hot stacy fucking her doggy while in the middle of the middeterian? to ascend and be a good looking?

Knowing that days are passing and you're getting old? while others are having it years before you? not being envious but its kinda kills my motivation or any desire to do anything...

When all those thoughts rush at once.. i feel defeated.
