How to counter act hgh reducing insulin sensitivity and not get diabetes

Im 15 y.o and im ordering my hgh today and i was reading about the chances of getting disbetes with hgh they are quite risky without proper precautions so im wondering what should i be taking to counter the risks of diabetes from hgh. I heard i should take reta but i heard it will make you lose appetite and i don’t want that. So any suggestions would be helpful.

yeaah cause i was on berberine for a week and it made me throw up and dhiarhea so i stopped it cause i think it was unnecesary for how i ate
