How to counter balding?

My cousin on dads side has stage 3 balding at 20 and it concerns me because i might get it to right now i don't experience any recession but i need some ways to prevent it. Can someone help with that

You could use Fin or Dut, but a better option is just RU58841 and Minoxidil.
