you can use something like localcoinswap to trade crypto for cash but if you do it at a large volume your bank might start asking questions idk

Open a decentralised wallet like Exodus or Trust. One that doesnt have an age requirement. You can do everything crypto/web3 related through that and a web3 wallet like metamask. To buy and sell you can use a crypto ATM, or purchase crypto giftcards through sites like g2a. It's what I did until I was able to open a Binance acc. Only downside is the buy/withdraw will be a lot more expensive

Yeah will probably be legal won’t get taxed for low amounts of crypto hopefully (I haven’t ) but I’d ask your mom or someone who you trust to create an account for a crypto exchange bc non kyc can be risky
