Get a responsible family member to set you up as an authorized user on their credit card.

Overall you should stick to NEETmaxxing until you reach a dead end with that.
Then get a low stress job so you can report actual income to the bank when applying for credit.

use credit card instead of cash, i built 750 credit score within a year doing this. defaulted 1 payment and hit 711 and i had the money

Buy 20 usd of groceries with them, in 1 month time. And make sure to pay back the balance.
