Ever since I bonesmashed my zygos February 26 I have a 24/7 daily persistent pressure headache in my forehead and in the occipital region my CT scan with contrast and MRI came back clear so I guess I'm not dying but still it never stopped I can't do anything other than rot at home. I feel dizzy and intellectually disabled I struggle with short term memory and focusing on tasks I just can't do anything

The sun is finally out so I try to get alot of sunlight my diet is steak and potatoes to be minimally inflammatory with mineral water I supplement magnesium what else should I try

tried the obvious like advil tylenol aspirin etc nothing works

wtf no I don't have a brain aneurysm. for me my headache was worst the first month it began. it was literally so bad that I would wake up and couldn't find a spot to sit in bed to sleep, and I had heart palpitations, felt like dying. that doesn't happen anymore, it's more consistent now. the condition we got from LC is called NDPH, but it's not idiophatic, people used to get these for no reason, it used to be much rarer back then. covid-triggered NDPH isn't well documented, but research is being carried on as we speak. seems like it does get better for some, I've talked with multiple people over Reddit and there's hope. Recently talked with another dude who had this headache 24/7 for 6 months and it slowly faded away. also amitrptyline hleped a lot of people that's why I begged my dcotor to prescribe it to me and I'm gonna take it after I finish my topiramate stack (which was useless).
