So i put these offtopic cause anxiety is kinda cope tbh and this also is just a research thread
Anyway choose a stack from here and try it out
STACK 1
Phenibut+ phenotoropil= twice a week
Paxil/paroxetine 20mg a day+ baclofen 75mg 2 times a week
micro dosing shrooms 0.25-0.30g also twice
mdma for the mega party(once 3 months)
STACK 2
1) Shrooms/LSD microdosing every 4rd day for life if available- if not then switch to SSRI ( effects are similar)
2) Memantine 1month course 5-10mg every 4th month for dopamine receptor desensitization
3) Meditation morning/evening 20/20min ideally combined with deep breathing for cortisol mining ( wim hof)
4)250 mg test+ occasional cabergoline/Dostinex 0.25 twice a week.
When needed for exposure therapy- propranolol/ Adderall
STACK 3
If we are talking long term like feeling 24/7 then
1) micro-dosing shrooms 0.25mg every 3rd day or 10-20mg Lexapro every day. I value this SSRI higher than ecstasy.
2) mixed with test e 250/ or Proviron 25-50mg every day.
3) A short course of antibiotics- cypran. This won't make you low inhib, but it can cure you of depression and anxiety= Make you just feel normal if that's your goal.
STACK 4
For anxiety- Micro dosing shrooms 0.25g every third day for 3months+. If anxiety is still persistent get prescription for Lexapro- 10mg every day for half a year minimum.
Then a small antibiotic(cypran) course for 5 days. If nothing worked- Inject method- full hormonal check, Thyroid/testosterone, and ext. If no improvements again then euthanasia.
