I don't even crave sugar I crave the electrolytes from the fruits esp potassium im always dehydrated otherwise :/ I used to have a good raw meat source that made me feel hydrated but now I got to cook them a little they feel so dry

just add some electrolytes to your water and youll be fine

often when you go into ketosis you flush a shitload of sodium and if you dont replace it you wiwll start to waste other electrolytes to try to keep balance in the blood/cells. Can spiral into chronic cramping, electrolyte issues etc. You also want to spiek your insulin a bit every now and again with a big bolus of protein because it helps with electrolyte absorption.

don't do it it's not worth it I have these things in my poop everyday my gut is all messed up I felt good at first eating this way but its because sugar is addictive and gives you a high ray peat was likely a cia agent
