Title, i've got this shit since 6 months, i try a lot of things but didn't work. Now i'm depressed and i can't do sport

healing peptides, you could use bpc on its own and its extremely effective. rest, recovery and bpc should fix your tendonitis.

nigga ur so lucky i came across this thread, im about to save ur life.

i had tendonitis for like 2 years from a roofing labourer job, its basically an overuse injury and ur body doesnt have enough nutrients to fix the microtears, and then it gets inflamed etc. and basically gets into a negative feedback loop. I went to physiotherapists, osteopaths, everyone and no one could fix it until i bought a course off 'tendonitis expert' on youtube

basically to fix it you need to follow this exact plan for 1-3 months:
1. dunk whatever body part is fucked in icey cold water for 40 seconds at a time, do this 7 times (in a row) every day (just icing it isnt enough, you need to dunk it in icy water)
2. stretch whatever is fucked every day for 5+ mins
3. strengthen whatever muscle/tendon is fucked every day.
4. cover all nutrutional bases. 2l of water per day. 4k vitamin d per day, zinc, magnesium, high protein diet
5. take an antiinflammatory tablet regularly

its kinda annoying to do all of this but set aside 20 mins every day for 1-3 months and youll be fixed

i went from having to quit my job, gym, sports, everything
to back to normal and I can push as hard as I want at the gym and it will never come back.

dont inject any steroids, they did studies and people who injected steroids to fix tendonitis, had it fixed for a few months but then it gets worse afterwards, you need to fix it naturally like this

just eat an average diet, meat, veg, carbs, id maybe try to eat high calorie diet aswell.

bro i had it in my forearms, it was in pain 247 every day, i could barely open doors or drive, anything that involved my hands hurt badly.

just do everything i said, maybe start strengthening only after a week. and yes ofc you should stretch a lot. the whole reason for your pain is the fact that your tendon is tight af. what we are doing is making it not tight so it doesnt hurt anymore.

Do you think BPC is worth the money as a preventative measure? I don't have tendon issues atm but I rock climb and its hard on the tendons and ligaments.
