How to cure physical anxiety

Have anyone gone through this and had a medication that helped him overcome this burden?

If there's a stressor or no, my autopilot functionality is stressed and not the mental aspect but it's the physical one.

I won't touch SNRIS or SSRIS, though when I was on Effexor whichs considered as SNRI, it helped for the most part but the sides were too much to bear.

I'm thinking about going the benzos route, idgaf about the long-term addiction because either way I won't keep suffering.

I would be happy relaxed rather than being stressed and muh Xanax are bad long term.


What the fuck should I do? 3 fucking years in this torture.

SSRI is a good option and might stop all of your symptoms. If you prefer to go on the benzos route enjoy your miserable life since there's tolerance + major side effect + you get addicted.

Yes I have the same issue, I occasionally take benzos when i go to social gatherings or situations where i have to be lower inhib. I wouldn't recommend it for daily use tho.

You're lucky or don't use it enough. Many many develop severe addictions and almost heroin like withdrawals and they can't quit. Jordan Peterson went to Israel and Russia and more places to find a place to get rid of it safely without the withdrawals killing him. For some people it's extreme.

His daughter is sick and had multiple joint replacement surgeries, his wife got cancer and died. His whole family crumbled and he's getting old. I can't blame him man, that's very thug. He tried Benzos but got addicted to it so he had to visit multiple clinics around the world where to do it's safely.

Tried to get Lyrics prescribed but Dr refused, when I used to drop LYRICA I was the lowest inhibition period of my life. I literally gave zero fucks regarding anything or anyone.

Idk tbh... I don't have the privilege to have trial and error experiments, so I'm torn between Lyrica or Xanax. Smh
